About Us

PACE, the Program for Acceleration in Careers of Engineering, is a science and engineering awareness program in which professionals volunteer their time to work with local minority high school students to help prepare them for technical careers. We provide mathematics instruction, engineering orientation, college preparation, leadership development and cultural awareness.

PACE - Monmouth is a branch of the PACE Youth Development Corporation (PACE - YDC). We meet from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm each Saturday morning during the school year on the campus of Brookdale Community College, located in Lincroft, New Jersey.

Activities include classroom instruction, mentoring, science projects, field trips, workshops, math and logic competitions, cultural celebrations, and guest speakers.
